Our projects include both new construction and renovations in residential, commercial or industrial settings. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We also specialize in prefabricated wall panels, floor sections and deck systems in wood frame for residential and commercial projects. In todays urban world construction sites are getting smaller and smaller, making logistics very difficult. Our Company is able to prefabricate your project offsite for low cost and ship it to your site when needed. By shipping your product to you at a scheduled time, it is easy to implement exact dates for on site scheduling. We also supply install crews if needed to complete your project on schedule.

With our keen eye for detail and our cutting edge custom built pre fabrication mobile table we are able to produce a very high quality panel with precision. Our system is a completely mobile system and can be moved or relocated to your site quickly and fabricate right on site, reducing costs further by not having to ship from our fabrication yard.

Rene was born in Inverness Nova Scotia. He grew up with strong traditions and a big family. Right from the start he had a passion for carpentry, every chance he could get to go to work with his father he took it. He and hi family moved out west to beautiful British Columbia in 1995.
He graduated with Honor's in 98 and immediately joined t
Rene was born in Inverness Nova Scotia. He grew up with strong traditions and a big family. Right from the start he had a passion for carpentry, every chance he could get to go to work with his father he took it. He and hi family moved out west to beautiful British Columbia in 1995.
He graduated with Honor's in 98 and immediately joined the Canadian Armed Forces and Spent 3 years in Shilo Manitoba with the 1st Regiment Canadian Horse Artillery Division where he excelled as a marksmen and completed one tour of duty Bosnia. Immediately after his release from the forces he went right back to the construction industry.
Over the years he has gained a vast knowledge of his trade. Rene has 25+ years of experience in the construction industry in residential, commercial and industrial settings and has an unwavering commitment to his craft.
When Rene is not swinging a hammer on site he can be found on the ball diamond playing the sport he loves Slo pitch with his BC Outlaws Ball Family, or on the golf course with his best friend and business partner Shawn, or spending time with his family and friends on the beautiful Okanagan lake on the boat.

Shawn was born in New Westminster, British Columbia and spent most of his childhood in the lower mainland. he grew up with strong family values.
Similar to his business partner Rene, Shawn had a father in the trades who he spent many years working with and learning from every change he could. He became a Journeymen Floor Layer early on

Similar to his business partner Rene, Shawn had a father in the trades who he spent many years working with and learning from every change he could. He became a Journeymen Floor Layer early on in his career where he excelled.
Shawn spent many years working on cruise ships such a Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruises, to name a few all over the world installing flooring, he's worked on some of the biggest box store companies we are all used to shopping in such as Walmart's, Sport Chek's, Winner's to name a few. He's also installed flooring in major Financial institutes such as BMO, TD, and Royal Bank to name a few.
When Shawn is not working on flooring he is out swinging his hammer with our crews on our other projects where he is able to hone his skills in the carpentry field as well.
When Shawn is not working on flooring or swing hammers he can also be found on the ball diamonds with his BC Outlaw's ball family, or on the Golf course with his business partner Rene, or on the beautiful Okanagan lake on the boat, or relaxing with his family and friends.
